ABOUT OPERATIONS

The Business Office is the financial management hub for MSD Warren Township.  Business Office staff build and manage the school corporation’s budget, oversee procurement, and administer the accounts payable process.  The Business Office also plays a significant role in grant administration, state reporting, strategic planning, and day-to-day treasury management.  The corporation’s annual budget is approximately $150 million.
