8th grade students completed projects from various moments in U.S. history to showcase at our Social Studies and ELA family night.











Students in Mr. Gobel's 8th grade science class had a blast making and showcasing DNA structures made from Twizzlers and marshmallows.











During our designated time the whole grade level Drops Everything and Reads, any book of their choice! Once our reading time is done students work on their writing stamina and respond to their reading with different prompts!




RP 6th grade students finished Friday strong by dissecting owl pellets in Science Class! Then they were tasked to classify the bones that were found!

50+ 6th grade students left lunch today with a new book to drop everything and read! During this week's Literacy Events we had Mystery Readers preview the chapters before we had today's raffle!


Raymond Park held its 3rd Annual CommUNITY Literacy Night! Families came in to see our 5th Grade Poetry Session, 6th Grade Wax Museum, 7th Grade HBCU College Fair, & 8th Grade Projects! The RPIMS Junior Honor Society participated in a meaningful outreach program by traveling to Liberty Park Elementary school and reading stories to Mrs. Hess's kindergarten students, fostering a love for literacy and building connections across age groups.




RP hosted Guion Creek in wrestling and girls basketball this week at the Park!











The Class of 2031 ended the week back from break with a Community Breakfast to set goals! Our 6th grade counselor spent the week in all classrooms to discuss calculating their grades & how different assignments prepare them for the mastery of a lesson or standard.
